All airfreight clients must have the TSA required documents on file 7 days prior to shipping.
CCSF Screening Services
As per TSA regulation, 100% of all cargo destined for transport on a passenger aircraft must undergo TSA regulated checks and screening. Airfrigo operates under an Indirect Air Carrier Standard Security Program to perform these stadardized checks, and conducts oversight on our Certified Cargo Screening Program to meet the 100% screening mandate.
Our ICSF is able to conduct screening on nearly any cargo, through the employment of either ElectroMagnetic Detection [EMD], Explosive Trace Detection [ETD], or X-Ray devices without subjecting cargo to invasive phsyical screening methods [unless absolutely necessary].
Tradeshows
Airfrigo is happy to assist with any shipping you need- including trade shows and trade missions.
USDA endorses several international food and trade events through out the year. We are proud to support our domestic manufacturers and producers in displaying their products to distributors and consumers alike at these events.

In working with several government agencies including USDA, FDA, FSIS, and NMF, we are able to providie certain health inspection inspections and certifications while maintaining the cold chain of your product within our completely refrigerated warehouse.
